Datu Puti Premium Toyomansi is a Soy Sauce with Calamansi Extract, which gives a lime flavoured Soy Sauce, traditionally used and made in the Philippines.

Soy sauce with Calamansi. Calamansi is a type of lime that grows in the Philippines. This soy sauce has therefore a slightly sour taste. Similar to Ponzu, the Japanese variant.

Ingredients:

Water, hydrolysed soybean protein, iodized salt, caramel color, citric acid, monosodium glutamate, 0,1% sodium benzoate as preservative, calamansi extract, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, FD&C yellow #5 and FD&C yellow #6
