Preema Food Colour (Egg Yellow).
Preema brand food colouring is a high quality product. This egg yellow food colour will bring the bright yellow colour to any food. Best used for cakes, boiled sweets, creams, and icing. Only a small ammount is needed to get the perfect colour.
Ingredients:
Sodium Chloride, E 102 Tartrazine, E-129 Allura Red.
E102 and E129 may have adverse effect on children.

Contain: No animal matter.
Usage:
Ideal for food colouring.
Preparation:
Dissolve 1 gms of powder into 110ml of hot water.
(If colour separates on cooling warm slightly) do not use more than 20ml of solutions per kg of other ingredients.
Always check the legal limit. Do not add fry powder directly to food.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
