Usage:

Use for dessert.

Preparation:

Taho mix (SOYBEAN CURD) Preparation:

  1. Prepare a 5-liter capacity cooking pot and a clean container.
  2. In a pot, dissolve Instant Taho Powder Mix (Soybean curd) in a 2000 mL of ap water.
  3. Bring to a full boil over high heat while stirring.
  4. Once boiling, continue cooking for
    3 minutes while stirring.
  5. Turn off the heat and immediately transfer it to the clean container.
  6. Add the coagulant and stir for only

5-10 seconds. (Do not over stir, as it will affect the coagulation of the taho).

  1. Gently remove the bubbles on top.
  2. Let it cool for 15 minutes while the container is open.
  3. Cover the container and wait for another 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with brown sugar syrup and pearl. Enjoy.

Brown sugar syrup preparation:

1. In a pot, dissolve 140g brown sugar in a 300mL of water.  
2. Bring to boil until it becomes syrupy.

Pearl preparation:

  1. In a large pot, boil about 1.50 liter of water.
  2. Once boiling add the tapioca pearl and cook for 10-20 minutes or until the pearl is soft.
  3. Strain the pearl and wash with running water to remove excess starch.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight.
