A savory mixture of sugar, spices and natural Annatto gives the traditional taste of Tocino with just the right mama sita magic. Free from chemical preservatives, phosphates, artificial colouring and unhealthy nitrates, which is proven to be carcinogenic and harmful to human if used in excess.
This marinating mix makes the breakfast Tocino and longanisa a surprisingly scrumptious feast.

(Makes 4‑5 Servings):
1 pouch (75 g) Mama Sita’s Marinating Tocino Marinating mix. 1.1 lb (1/2 kg) meat (cut into 1/4 inch thick slices). Mix well.
Marinate for at least 1hour. Can keep in a civered container inside the freezer for a month.
Pan fry in a small amount of oil until meat has a shiny reddish-brown colour, or bake in a low heat basting frequently with the remaining marinade. Serve hot.
In a wok, cook meat in a marinade and enough amount of water to cover the meat. Bring to boil.
Lower the heat, cover and simmer until water dries up and meat starts to sizzle. Increase the heat and cook until meat has a shiny reddish-brown colour. Serve hot.
