Usage:
Ideal for food coloring on any dishes.
Preparations:
Dissolve 1tsp(2.4g) Mama Sita achuete powder mix in 1tbsp (15ml) of water before adding to the dish being cooked.
Recipe:
Achuete Oil:
Dissolve 1 tbsp (7g) Mama Sita achuete powder mix to 1 tbsp (15ml) cooking oil.
To lighten the color add mire oil as necessary.
This packet equivalent to 1 cup (155g) Anato Seeds or 1 bottle (8fl oz/240ml) Liquid achuete.
