Adobo (Makes 8‑10 Servings):
1 pouch (50 g) Mama Sita's Savory Sauce (Adobo) Mix, 2.2 lb (1 kg) meat cut into 1‑1/2 inch cubes, 1 cup (250 ml) water, 2 tbsp (30 ml) cooking oil. Pour mixture over meat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
