For Hotpot and Soup - Cook with other meat or vegetables in Hotpot or Soup at 100 C for 5 minutes.
Stir Fry • Stir fry (medium heat) with vegetable in sesame oil and oyster sauce for 7-8 minutes.
Microwave - Put in proper food container with lids, microwave (900W) for 45 seconds to 1 minute, if the microwave power or the number of food changes, the heating time should be adjusted.
Storage:
Frozen.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
