This is a concentrated soup base made of Japanese Hokkaido kelp, dried mushroom and authentically brewed soy sauce. No high fructose corn syrup, no artificial colouring, no preservatives, no ingredients derived from animals.
Ideal for all sorts of dishes from Japanese style cuisine to side-dishes.

Usage:
Ideal for soup stock, as dipping, dressing, stir-fry, sauce.
Preparation:
Noodle soup dilutes 1 part of soup stock with 7 parts of hot water. Or to suit your preference dipping sauce: dilute 1 part of soup stock with 2 parts of water.
Storage:
Store in a Cool, Dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month.
