Recipe:

Teriyaki Pork Cheek with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients:

Pork Cheek 300g

Marinade:
Amoy Japanese Teriyaki Sauce 1-1/2 tbsp

Method:
1. Rinse the pork cheek fillet and pad dry, marinate for 30 minutes.

2. Pan fry the pork cheek until fully cooked, cut into pieces and put on the plate. Serve with Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce

3.*1 Cup = 250ml

4.Serve with: Amoy Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp

1. Put the noodles on a 660ml of boilling for 3 minutes and 60 seconds in low heat.    
2. Pour most of the water out with approximately 7 Tbsp of water remaining in the pot. Put in the liquid sauce and mix on low heat.  
3. Turn off heat, put on flakes and mix well.    
4. Adding onion, Shallots, garlic, hot pepper powder will make it easier.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
