These popular skins are used to make dumplings in Asia. In Japan, they are called gyoza and are sometimes steamed, or pan fried.
The dumpling skins can be used to fill savoury fillings, usually prawn, pork and vegetables.

Usage:
Use as gyoza wrapper.
Preparation:
Thaw Frozen Gyoza Skin in refrigerator (0 - 7 °C) overnight or for 12 hours until completely soft before use. Moisten the edges of the skins with a litte bit of water when sealing the dumplings to facilitate.
Lay out pastry, put 2tsp of filling. Brush 2 edge of water. Fold and seal.
Cook throughoutly before served.
Storage:
Frozen.
Keep frozen below -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.
