Awase Miso Soup Paste

Awase means 'mixed' in Japanese. This awase miso soup blends the mild white miso and rich red miso from the Shinshu region of Japan to add depth of flavour.

Awase miso soup made with authenthic shinshu miso, Just add boiling water, High in protein, MSG free.

Preparation:

How to prepare a hearty bowl of miso soup:
1 Add contents of sachet into a small bowl (or mug) and pour 160-200ml of hot water whilst stirring.
2 Enjoy as it is or top with grilled vegetables or chopped spring onions and tofu.

Natural colour variation and crystallised salt may occur over time. These will not affect product quality.

Storage:

Keep frozen. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze.
