A Shanghai-style marinade made from an exotic blend of Chinese Shaoxing rice wine and spices for a rich and fragrant wine flavour. Ideal for making Drunken Chicken or Drunken Shrimps.

Water, Rice Wine 25% (Water, Rice, Wheat), Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Salt, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E631, E627), Acid (E270), Spices.

Features:

Chinese Soy Sauce Chicken is cooked with heated soy sauce. To increase the flavour, the soy sauce is generally blended with a variety of ingredients, including ginger, spring onions, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, rock sugar, maltose, oil and spices, such as pepper and star anise.

Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade is a convenient sweet soy-based cooking sauce and is great for making the classic Cantonese dish "Soy Sauce Chicken" with bright colour.

It can also be used as a seasoning for stir-fry and a sauce over noodles and rice.

Usage:

Ideal for marinade and stir-fry.

Preparation:

Just add it to the meat and marinate for 6 hours or 24 hours for best result.
