The Yutaka Pumpkin Croquettes are made from unskinned pumpkin to retain its good nutrients and are carefully coated in panko to be deep fried. for that satisfying crispy coating. Serve with shredded cabbage and a few slices of tomato and enjoy.

Preparation:
Option 1- Deep fry
Deep fry in 175°C hot oil for 3-4 minutes.
Option 2- Oven
1. Defrost in microwave for 4 minutes or at rophytemperature for 2 hours.
2. preheat the oven to 180°C. Sprinkle 1 tbsp coking oil on the oven tray and place the croquettes,

Storage:
Keep frozen. Once defrosted keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Do not re-freeze.
