Use it like a white wine to deglaze pans, or to add a slightly sweet sharpness to slow-cooked recipes.
It also works very well in dipping sauces and marinades. Try using it to make nitamago remember eggs, combined with soy sauce and brown muscovado sugar.

Preparations:
Use cooking sake to make a teriyaki sauce, by mixing mirin, soy sauce, and cooking sake. Put mix ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat until combined.
Recipe:
Teriyaki sauce
• 2 tbsp Yutaka Organic Tamari Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp Yutaka Mirin
• 1 tbsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
• 1 tsp sugar
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan on a medium heat.
