Preparations:

Use cooking sake to make a teriyaki sauce, by mixing mirin, soy sauce, and cooking sake. Put mix ingredients in a saucepan over a medium heat until combined.

Teriyaki sauce

2 parts (Yutaka Mirin) :
2 parts 
(Yutaka Organic Tamari Soy Sauce) :
1 part (Yutaka Cooking Sake) :

Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan on a medium heat.
