Delicious rice vermicelli noodles - the perfect choice for authentic oriental dishes.
Instant noodles that can be prepared as soup - such as classic asian chicken noodle soup - or fried according to tastes.
Ideal for stir-fry, soup, salad.
Put the rice vermicelli noodles in cool or warm water for 2 minutes, then drain.
Classic Chicken Noodle Soup
400g chicken fillets, thinly sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
400 ml chicken stock
2 cups water
200g prepared Wai Wai noodles (prepared as per instructions)
1 bunch choy sum cut into 6 cm lengths
1 tsp sesame oil
pepper to taste
1. In a glass bowl, marinate the chicken with the soy sauce and set aside
2. In a large sauce pan, add chicken stock, water and bring to a boil
3. Add the sliced chicken fillet and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat
4. Stir in the prepared Wai Wai noodles and choy sum
5. Bring to a boil and add sesame oil and pepper
6. Remove from heat and divide into 4 bowls and serve hot
Store in a cool, dry place.
