Water (51.3%), Wheat Flour (41%), Tapioca Flour (5%), Canola Oil, Salt, Lactic Acid (E270), Sodium Phosphate (E339), DL-a-Tocopherol (E307).
Loosen the noodles by soaking in a bowl of hit water for 2-3 minutes, then drain and set aside.
Remove outer packaging and then pierce the inner parts several times. Place on non-metallic plate and microwave on high for 90 seconds (based on 800W).
2 or more packs will require longer heating.
Keep away from direct sunlight and store in ambient Temperature. Once open use whole pack.
