Ingredients:
1 can 836g) Today's Mixed Fruit, drained (reserve
syrup)
114 cup Sugar
1-112 cups Cooked white/colored
1 cup sago
3 cups Leche flan
1 cup Ube macapuno ice cream Milk Crushed
ice
Procedure:
- Cook sago in mixed fruit syrup and sugar for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
- In individual glass/cup assemble,
- Today's Mixed Fruit, sago and leche flan.
Fil with crushed ice then pour milk. - Top with ice cream. Serve at once
