Features:

Japanese curry was introduced to Japan from the British during the Meiji era of the 1800’s and has now become one of the most popular Japanese foods, a world away from the flavour of authentic Indian curry. 
Japanese curry has a slightly sweet, mild flavour and is often served with chicken or pork katsu.

Usage:

Use for curry recipe.

Preparations:

Stir-fry your favourite meat & vegetables.  
Add 540ml water and bring to a boil. Reduced heat and simmer until meat is tender.  
For approximately 15 minutes break bar of roux into pieces. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.  
Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Suggestion of Ingredients (5 Servings)
Sliced onions 200g, Oil 1 tbsp., Golden Curry Mix 1 carton (92g), Water 720ml

1 Stir-fry sliced onions with oil in a large saucepan on medium heat for approx. 5 min.
2 Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender, approx. 15 min.
3 Turn the heat off, break S & B Golden Curry Mix into pieces and add them to the saucepan. Stir until sauce mixes are completely melted. Simmer approx. 5 min., stirring constantly.
4 Serve hot over rice and Katsu.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place.  
Once opened keep refrigerated in an airtight container and consume as soon as possible.
