Our Roi Thai range of Curry Sauces are ready to use. Can be used as Curry Sauce, or as a Curry Soup. Simply heat to serve as a soup, or add your favourite meats and / or vegetables and heat through for a quick curry sauce.
Roy Thai curry sauce are quick and easy to use just add meat and vegetables of your choice. If you find it too sweet you can adjusting by add some coconut milk and salt or fish sauce.
Nothing can be easier than this lovely curry sauce.

Sliced meat 1/2 cup (about 80g)
Basic Vegetables Ingredients:
Sliced eggplants 1 cup (about 100g)
Basil Leaves 1/3 cup
Kaffir lime leaves 6 leaves
Sliced red chili 1/2 stalk
Preparation and Usage
1. Pour Curry Cooking Sauce into a pot. Heat up on the stove to boil about 1 minute.
2. Add meat until well done (1 minute). Then add vegetables i.e. eggplant, young coconut or ash gourd. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or vegetables is cooked.
3. Add preffered vegetables. Hot serve with cooked rice or rice vermicelli.
Add vegetables or meat as you like it or add water for clear curry.
