Our Roi Thai range of Curry Sauces can be used as a ready made Curry Sauce, or as a Curry Soup. Simply heat to serve as a soup, or add your favourite meats and / or vegetables and heat through for a quick curry sauce.
Roy Thai curry sauce are quick and easy to use just add meat and vegetables of your choice. If you find it too sweet you can adjusting by add some coconut milk and salt or fish sauce.
Nothing can be easier than this lovely curry sauce.

Coconut Milk 60%(Coconut Meat Extract, Water, Emulsifier E435), Water, Panang Curry Paste 10% ( Dried Red Chilli, Lemongrass, Shallots, Garlic, Galangal, Salt, Mung Bean, Shrimp(Crustacean), Paste, Kaffir Lime Peel, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Pepper), Coconut Sugar, Palm Oil, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt), Flavour Enhancer (E635).

Usage:
Use for masaman curry.
Preparation:
1. Pour Curry Cooking Sauce into a pot. Heat up on the stove to boil about 1 minute.
2. Add meat until well done (1 minute). Then add vegetables i.e. eggplant, young coconut or ash gourd. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or vegetables is cooked.
3. Add preffered vegetables. Hot serve with cooked rice or rice vermicelli.
Serving suggestion:
Add vegetables or meat as you like it or add water for clear curry.
