Great for making Tandoori Chicken.
Mix one generous tbsp of Rajah Tandoori Masala with 2 cups of natural yoghurt. Soak the chicken pieces in the yoghurt mixture overnight. Remove the chicken pieces from the mixture and drain the excess.
Wrap the chicken pieces in foil and place in a pre-heated oven (190C / 375F / Gas Mark 5) and bake for 1 hour 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the foil, drain and place under a high grill, turning the pieces until they become evenly browned.
Usage rate: Maximum 1 tablespoon (10g spices) for each medium average serving dish (360g ingredients).
