Rice Flakes are used to make a healthy porridge. Made from slicing, flattening and rolling grains of white rice. They have the same texture as porridge oats but are a little lighter.

These flakes of rice swell when added to liquid, whether hot or cold, as they absorb water, milk or any other liquids. The thickness of the flakes varies between almost translucently thin (the more expensive varieties) to nearly four times thinner than a normal rice grain.


Use as cooking ingredient.


Soaked in hot water and coconut milk to make porridge.
