Place rice noodles nest in a pot of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove the rice noodles, rinse with water and let it dry. Enjoy with broth, or stir fry with vegetables, seafood, meat and spices.
Soak one rice noodle nest in hot water (400ml) within 10minutes, or until softened, stir well and drain the water off. Stir Fry meat and vegetable, then add spices and rice noodles, cook for 1-2 minutes more. Mix well before serving.
Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
