Nishiki Musenmail white rice is a delicious and tasty white rice specially milled so that no rising is required before cooking. To ensure the great flavor and texture of the rice, add a little more of water than normally used for Japanese rice. The recommended ratio is 1 cup of rice to 1.3 cups of water or you can adjust amount of water to suite your taste. Nishiki Musenmai rice can also be washed and cooked as per the directions for standard Japanese rice.

Preparation:
Cooking instructions: Combine 1 cup Rice and 1.21
cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil,
reduce to low heat, simmer, and cover for 20 minutes
or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let
stand, covered 10 minutes before serving.
