It can be used for a wide variety of dishes such as noodle soup, dipping sauce for tempura, simmered dishes, rice bowls, or you can make your own japanese dressing.
Add 2 parts of water to 1 part of this stock sauce for noodle, tempura, and rice bowl dishes.
Add 8 parts of water to 1 part of this stock sauce for noodle stews and hotchpotch, and pot steamed hotchpotch.
Dilute to taste for a variety of other dishes, including stews, nabemono, sukiyaki and oden.
Store in a Cool, Dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3-4 weeks.
