Great for Buko Pandan Salad.  Use Mr Gulaman cubes with the tropical palm fruits, shredded young coconut in sweetened cream. Rich, creamy, and loaded with pandan flavor, this Filipino classic dessert is sure to be a crowd favorite.

How to cook / Comment cuisine :

  1. Prepare 1.5L of cold water in a casserole.
  2. Gradually sprinkle 1 sachet of jelly powder in water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Heat while stirring constantly and wait until it boils, if desired and sugar to sweeten.
  4. Slowly pour mixture into molds and let it set.

1. Dissolving the gelatin and/or the agar-agar. Just follow the directions indicated in the packaging.  
2. Pour the dissolved gelatin and or agar-agar in a flat container and let it cool until it solidifies.   
3. In a large mixing bowl, add in the cooked and cooled tapioca pearls, condensed milk, and evaporated milk.  
4. Add The cut gelatin into cubes and shredded coconut.  
5. Add a drop of Pandan flavouring and mix well.  
6. Served chilled and enjoy.


Keep in a cool dry place. Away from direct sunlight.
