Preparations:
Dissolve McCormick Tocino Seasoning Mix in water.
Recipe
TOCINO
- 500 grams of meat, either pork or poultry (use thigh fillets) sliced into thinly cuts.
- a pack of McCormick Tocino Seasoning Mix
- 1/2 cup of water
Combine all ingredients and marinade overnight.
Simply dissolve the mix with water (they’ll look yellowish but that’s okay), and pour over the meat. Let it marinate overnight. You may divide them into portions and freeze some for future cooking.
To cook, simply use a pan, heat to medium-high, and pour everything in. You might want to put 2 tbsps of water to dissolve the remnants of the marinade and put it in the pan as well. Keep stirring until the water evaporates and the marinade becomes sticky. Make sure you cook it thoroughly, constantly stirring the meat in the pan to keep the marinade from burning.
Storage:
Keep in a cool dry place, away from sunlight.
