Sugar, lodized Salt, Garlic, Spice, Calcium, Stearate E470a(il) (anti- caking agent), Soy Sauce Powder
(Soybean, Wheat), Soybean Sodium Tripolyphosphate E45(i) (to retain moisture), and Sodium Nitrite E250 (as preservative).

LONGGONISA HAMONADO
A native sausage made from ground or minced meat
and fat stuffed into animal or synthetic casings.
It can also be rolled and wrapped in wax paper.

I pack McCormick Longganisa Hamonado
Seasoning Mix
\ ½ tbsp Water
14 oz (400g) Ground meat
3.5 oz (100g) Pork fat, minced
Oil for frying
1. Dissolve McCormick Longganisa Hamonado
Seasoning Mix in water.
2. Add meat and fat. Mix well.
3. Shape into sausages and let stand for at least one hour
4. Fry longganisa in hot oil until done.
5. Served with Garlic rice and Fried Egg.
Pork fat may be substituted by lean meat
For best results, individually wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight
