Using the finest milk with a traditional French recipe to create this Crème Fraîche recipe, with origins in Norman times, the Jersey cow is prized for its excellent milk & is used to give this particular Crème Fraîche a clean taste with good body and distinctive colour. Great mixed into soups and pan sauces to thicken them; mixed with spices as a creamy salad dressing; served atop scones; added to scrambled eggs or whipped with sugar or vanilla and served with fresh fruit - ummm yummy!
