1. Dissolve contents of this packet (100g) with 2/3 cup (150ml) cold water
2. Stir until batter is thoroughly mixed
3. Dip chicken, shrimp, crab, fish, meats or vegetables in batter thoroughly and deep fry in hot fat or oil until golden brown
