Preparation:
The following is a guide only. Appliances may vary.
GRILL: Cook time: 1 min. - 2 min.
Sprinkle with water.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
MICROWAVE: Cat E 850w, Cook Time: 30 sec.
Sprinkle with water, place in microwave for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle with water, preheat the grill to a medium heat and grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
OVEN: Pre-heat oven 200c / 400F, Cooking Time: 3-4mins.
Sprinkle with water.
Place on baking tray and heat for 3-4 minutes.
Alternatively, sprinkle with water and wrap in foil and place in oven for 3-4 minutes.
Turn half way through cooking.
(Category E - 850w) Sprinkle with water, place in microwave for 30 seconds.
