Lee Kum Kee Drunken Chicken Marinade 410ml

Regular price £2.35

Tax included.

Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Drunken Chicken Marinade is a Shanghai-style marinade made from an exotic blend of Chinese Shaoxing rice wine and spices for a rich and fragrant wine flavour. Ideal for making Drunken Chicken or Drunken Shrimps

Drunken chicken marinade allows you to enjoy the flavours of a famous Chinese poultry dish at home. An aromatic flavouring made with rice wine and soy sauce, it gives a distinctive salty-sweetness to dishes.

Simply add pieces of cooled, cooked chicken (ideally poached or steamed) to the marinade, cover and chill in the fridge for two hours, then chop the chicken, arrange it on a serving platter and serve it with dipping sauces on the side.
