Drunken chicken marinade allows you to enjoy the flavours of a famous Chinese poultry dish at home. An aromatic flavouring made with rice wine and soy sauce, it gives a distinctive salty-sweetness to dishes.
Simply add pieces of cooled, cooked chicken (ideally poached or steamed) to the marinade, cover and chill in the fridge for two hours, then chop the chicken, arrange it on a serving platter and serve it with dipping sauces on the side.
Store in a Cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
