Preparation:
Boil 800ml of water with 100 g of Kanokwan
Tom Yum with Roasted Chilli Paste. Add 300 g of meat or vegetables, 200-300 g of mushrooms and 1-2 tomatoes. Bring to the boil, stir until cooked, and sprinkle with coriander to serve.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7 days. Suitable for home freezing.
