Kanokwan Pad Cha Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
Sizzling, tasty, fragrant and tangy Thai spicy stir fry sauce.
Cooking Ingredients, what you will need:
Beef, chicken, seafood or favourite meat 200g (0.4 lbs) and cooking oil 1-3 tbsps.
Kanokwan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce (Pad Cha) 3 tbsps (50g).
Fresh finger root, kaffir lime leaves, fresh pepper, red chilli or favourite vegetable.
Cooking Directions by Mr. Kanok & Mrs. Wan:
Step 1: Bring 1-3 tbsps cooking oil to medium heat in a frying pan.
Step 2: Add beef, chicken, seafood or favourite meat 200g (0.4 lbs) to pan. Add Kanokwan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce (Pad Cha) 3 tbsps (50g). Stir until fully cooked and fragrant.
Step 3: Add fresh finger root, kaffir lime leaves, fresh pepper, red chilli or favourite vegetable. Stir fry until cooked.
Store in cool dry place, once opened keep refrigerated.
