Usage:
Use for soup.
Preparation:
1. Soak dried rice noodles 80-100 g. Drain and set aside. Or fresh rice noodles 200 g.
2. Heat oil 1-3 tbsps in pan. Add fresh shrimp 100 g and diced tofu. Stir until cooked.
3. Add an egg and wait until cooked without stirring.
4. Add prepared rice noodles and Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste. Stir until fully cooked and fragrant.
5. Add bean sprouts and chives. Stir until the ingredients mixed well together.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated.
