Preparation:
1. Gently cook off 100 g Kanokwan Massaman
Curry Paste with a small amount of vegetable oil over a medium heat for 1 min.
2. Add 500g of diced meat or vegetables and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Add 400 ml of coconut milk, 500ml water, 100 g new potatoes, 3 chopped carrots, 1 sliced onion and 20 g of peanuts. Bring to the boil and serve.
Storage:
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 7 days. Suitable for home freezing.
