Preparation:
1. Stir-fry Heng's Malacca Nyonya Rendang Sauce with 1.4kg chicken till fragrant.
2. Add 100ml water & 200ml coconut milk. Simmer until the chicken is cooked, and the sauce is thickened. Add 30g toasted coconut paste(optional). 3. Once cooked, serve while hot.
