Fish Sauce, or Nam Pla, as it is known in Thailand, in widely used as a flavouring medium. Made from fermented anchovies. Its salty, fishy flavour compliments and enhances most Thai Foods and forms the base of most Thai sauces.
Ideal for stir-fry, soup, stews, dipping, marinade.
Put the noodle into the boiling water (600 ml) leave it for 3 - 4 minutes to cook.
Remove the water from the pot and add the black bean sauce and stir to mix well.
Now it’s ready to eat! Enjoy!
Store in a cool, dry place.
