Hanamaruki’s vegan instant miso soup with tofu gives you a bowl of satisfying and comforting miso soup in seconds, complete with the distinctive soft tofu pieces. Just add boiling water to the paste, stir and enjoy the rich umami flavours of this Japanese favourite. The tofu adds morsels of soft, chewy texture in every spoonful.
This miso soup paste also works wonderfully to make ramen broths - add more crispy tofu on top of the noodle soup. It is also a great addition to marinades or sauces to enrich deep savoury, salty flavour.

Usage:Use as soup base.
1. Empty contents of seasoned soybean paste and a garnish sachet into a mug or bowl.
2. Add 2/3 cup (160ml) of boiling water and stir gently.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, consume immediately.
