Features:
The rice vermicelli is the thing version of rice noodle. The outstanding quality of our branded noodle is its soft yet a sticky texture. Oriental Food’s noodle will not break apart and the product is easy to prepare.
Usage:
Ideal for noodle soup or stir-fry.
Preparation:
Soak the noodles in cold water for 5 minutes,
Drain. After 5 minutes, it's ready for cooking.
Soup Noodles! Add drained houdles to your
favorite soup and cook for a while, serve hot.
Recipe:
Fried Noodles (Chow Fan)
1. Rinse cooked noodles with coid water, drain.
2. Add 2 ibsp. of cooking oil and 2 tbsp. soy sauce to drained noodles, mix well.
3. In 'a large frying pan, heat 2-3 tbsp. cooking oil
add noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes, place fried noodles on a plate.
4. Fry your favorite vegetables with sliced meat
and place on top of fried noodles. Add gravy if
desired, sprinkle drops of sesame oil on top and serve hot.
