Srimp and leek dumpling.
This shell-shaped gyoza is not like normal dumplings made by machines but is hand made wrapped individually and contains a higher % of succulent shrimp. Each gyoza comes filled with whiteleg shrimp, leek, cabbage, soy oil and shiitake mushrooms.

Marinated Vannamei Shrimp 35% (Penaeus vannamei : Farmed in Vietnam) (Shrimp (Crustaceans). Water, Emulsifier E451(), Wheat Flour (Contains Antioxidant E300), Leek (Nia) 12%, Cabbage, Water, Soy Sauce Thickener E1414, Shitake Mushrooms, Sugar, Salt, Sesame Oil, Yeast, Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Yeast, Salt, Sugar), Flavour Enhancer E621, Spices.

Features:
The gyoza also called the Japanese dumpling is a very popular dish all over the world. The gyoza is a thin dough sheet with a filling, in this case a filling with prawn. You can eat the gyoza whenever you want and however you want it. For lunch, snack or as dinner. You can prepare the gyoza in different ways: steaming, deep-frying, cooking or baking in a frying pan. Enough options! In addition to the chicken / vegetable variant, the gyoza of Ajinimoto also has pork, vegetables, duck and apple!
Usage:
Ideal as a snack or meal.
Preparation:
Cook in a frying pan from frozen with some oil until slightly brown then add some water and cook for approx 5 mins with a lid on until all the excess water evaporates or deep fry for 3 mins and 30 seconds to 4 mins at 180 degree.

Products maybe defrosted when arriving to customer but still in good condition to cook on the same day. However, delay with the courier and customer not being at home during the delivery can happen and we have no control over this. Frozen item can therefore only sent at 100% customer risk.
