RECIPE:
Karaage(Japanese Fried Chicken)
1. Put the bag of fried chicken powder and 80 ml of water (about 1/2 cup) in a bowl and mix well.
2. Add 600g (about 2 pieces) of chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces to ① and entangle well.
3. Fry in oil heated to 160-170 ° C for about 3 minutes.
