YUHO signature sushi ginger begins with premium young ginger, sliced thinly, then soaked in rice vinegar, sugar-free sweetener, and salt. We add absolutely no coloring, and keep it fat-free, no MSG, and certified OK Kosher.

Sushi ginger is a Japanese traditionally pickled Ginger called Gari. Yuho sushi ginger are made with fresh ginger and usually served before or after dishes to clean the odors in mouth.

Sushi ginger help to promote digestive health and relieve upset stomach.
