Recipe
Chicken Curry
Ingredients A:
100ml Cooking oil
5 pc Shallots
1/2 inch Cinnamon
2 gloves Garlic
5 pc Star anise
Ingrefitents B:
24 g Adabi chicken & meat curry powder
5 gloves Garlic
1 inch Ginger
6 pc. Shallots
Ingrefients C:
1.5 g Tamarind mix with water scales
600ml Water
600g Chicken
100ml Coconut milk
6.5g Fine salt
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Saute Ingredients A until fragrant and yellowish.
3. Add Ingredients B that has been mixed with the grinded ingredients. Saute for 3-4 minutes until oil separates, using low heat.
4. Add Ingredient C. Leave it for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until half thickens.
5. Using slow heat. Add Ingredient C and leave it for 15-20 minutes until concentrated and
chicken fully cooked.
6. Ready for serving.
Notes: The water required for the mixture of curry powder and Asam Jawa Xtra Adabi is taken from
the water rationed in the recipe (600ml / 3 cups of water).
