Usage:
Use for stir-fry, sauce, soup, stews.
Preparation:
Soak dried chillies into lukewarm water for about 15-30mins.
Drain chillies and pot fry with kitchen towel.
Tear open and remove stalks, veins and seeds.
Chop or grind in a mortar for curry paste or use according to recipe.
TIP:
Roast on a pan until they change colour and smell toasted. Cool then grind to a powder. It will keep in an airtight container up to a year.

Keep in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
