Korea’s bulgogi/galbi, known as ‘maekjeok’ in Goguryeo period and as ‘neobiani’ in Joseon dynasty, has a history of 600-plus years. As a first seasoning ever in Korea, ‘chungjungone’s meat marinade’ helps ‘Korea’s bulgogi/galbi taste authentic. Chungjungone’s meat marinade is made of local pears and wine/rice wine and makes meat tastes tender and soft.

Usage:
Ideal for Stir-fry, marinade, soup.
Preparations:
Ready to use.
1. Marinate the marinade and meat well for more than 30 minutes. (100g of meat = 30g of marinade).
2. Serve with fruits and vegetables according to taste.
Note:
If you marinade the seasoning and meat for at least 30 minutes and let it sit in the refrigerator for more than 8 hours, the taste of spicy pork bulgogi deepens.
