Features:
A fishcake is a culinary dish consisting of filleted fish or other seafood minced or ground, mixed with a starchy ingredient, and fried until golden. Asian-style fishcakes usually contain fish with salt, water, flour and egg. They can include a combination of fish paste and surimi.
Usage:
Use as an appetiser.
Preparation:
Defrost thoroughly, Lightly 3-5 mins. each side.
Served with Thai dipping sauce or fish sauce
Can be eaten hot or cold.
Storage:
Frozen.
Once thawed do not re freeze. Cooked thoroughly before use.
