Recipe:

DRAGON FIRE CHOWMEIN

Stir-fry 150gm chopped vegetables of your choice for 2 min. Add 300gm boiled Chowmein noodles, add 6 tbsp of Ching's Drsgon Fire Oreaney, add salt to taste and toss. Garnish spring onion and serve hot.

DRAGON FIRE FRIED RICE

Stir-fry 100gm chopped vegetables of your choice for 2 min.

Add 300 gm boiled rice, add 6 tbsp of Ching's Dragon Fire Chutney, add salt to taste and toss. Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.

SPREAD THE DRAGON FIRE!

Add more sizzle to Dosas and Uttapams by

spreading Dragon Fire Chutney and grate cheese on top.

Place an omelette on a paratha/ roti. Spread Dragon Fire Chutney & grate cheese on top.

Spread Dragon Fire Chutney on a fried omelette. Or, blend Chutney with the beaten egg.

Spice up a vada pav with Dragon Fire Chutney in the potato filling & spread on the pav.

DRAGON FIRE PANEER /CHICKEN

Coat 200 gm paneer with corn flour, deep fry / egg wash 200 gm chicken cubes, coat with corn flour, deep fry and keep aside. Stir-fry 1tsp chopped ginger & garlic for 1 min. Add 100 gm of cubed onion and capsicum, cook for 1 min.

Add fried paneer / chicken, 6 tbsp Ching's

Dragon Fire Chutney,

1tsp. corn flour mixed with little water, add salt to taste & toss.

Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
