Ideal for making soup, stir-fries, salads, and spring roll.
Soak noodles in water for 15 minutes, make sure the water level is above noodles.
Put noodles into boiled water for 10 minutes, Rinse.
Then immediately put into ice-cold water so you get a nice and chewy texture. Then rinse again.
Now your noodle is ready.
You can either have it with Thai curries or use them as noodles or spaghetti.
